Electrical steel is the general name of silicon steel, pure iron, permalloy and other electrical steel. It is an important soft magnetic alloy indispensable to power, electronics and military industries. It is also the largest metal functional material. It is mainly used as the iron core of various motors, generators and transformers. Silicon is added into low carbon pure iron for electrical steel, which not only improves the hardness and resistance, but also maintains good soft magnetic properties. Iron core electrical steel B-FM is a standard alloy in electrical steel series, which belongs to free cutting electrical steel.
